How can I make a joke about being so nervous during a presentation in front of a live audience?

Since I get so nervous during public speaking I was advised by people on here to make a joke about being nervous because then I will be able to relate more to some of the audience or get some sympathy. But what should I say to avoid it sounding too dramatic?
